Fast Shafts Keeping USMTS Racers First and Fast Again in 2023

Fast Shafts will return as the Official Driveshaft of the USMTS for at least the next three years beginning in 2023 with their 18th season of supporting competitors in the Summit USMTS National Championship presented by RacinDirt.

Headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, Fast Shafts has been producing driveshafts for race cars since 1992. The staff at Fast Shafts takes pride in building each driveshaft to exact specifications, and all Fast Shafts driveshafts are balanced using only the finest state-of-the-art balancing equipment.

Owner Pat Fagen has been involved in racing since 1982 and has more than a quarter-century of on-track testing experience. Fast Shafts rides with more USMTS winners than any other manufacturer. They’re not just fast… They’re first.

Fast Shafts will be keeping USMTS racers safe and fast by awarding a new carbon fiber drive shaft to the main event winner at five USMTS crown jewel events during the 2023 campaign and a $500 certificate to the USMTS National Champion.

Furthermore, Fast Shafts will return as the sponsor of Heat Race #2 and award a certificate worth 10% off a Fast Shafts product at every USMTS event while also contributing cash to the points funds for all competitors.
