Wins USRA Modified National Championship
An impressive season for
Tyler Wolff ended with two titles under the United
States Racing Association banner, including his
first USRA Modified National Championship in 2024.
Behind the wheel of his familiar Lobo Racing No.
4W ARMI Contractors machine, Wolff wound up wearing
two crowns as he also emerged as the first champion
of the new USRA Heartland Modified Tour presented by
Real Racing Wheels.
In total, the 39-year-old
from Fayetteville, Ark., entered 40 events and came
away with the winner’s paycheck in 18 of those
Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series shows. He had 29
top-five and 30 top-ten finishes.
In the
final national points, Wolff edged two-time
defending USRA B-Mod national champ Joe Chisholm of
Osage, Iowa, for the title while 17-time I-35
Speedway feature winner Tyler Hibner of Chillicothe,
Mo., was third in the final tally.
Three of
his wins happened in USRA Heartland Modified Tour
action where he topped Chad Wheeler of Muskogee,
Okla., and Brandon Givens of Wichita, Kan., in the
final points for the HMT’s freshman season.
